Professional Overview
Bryan joined JMF in 1978, was admitted shareholder in 1985, and assumed the role of Managing Shareholder in 2005. In this role he oversees various administrative and technical divisions of the firm as well as leads and shapes the strategic direction and growth of JMF.

In addition to his management role, Bryan is a trusted advisor to many of the firm's clients. Prior to joining JMF, Bryan worked in his family's business for five years where he gained first-hand knowledge and experience of working in a closely-held business. That and his experience in managing the firm is a resource he draws on to advise and consult with closely-held businesses. He has extensive experience in business sales, acquisitions, succession planning, strategic planning and valuation issues and, through his years of service on the Tuscaloosa Industrial Development Authority, is very knowledgeable about Alabama industrial development incentives.
